Today I’m thankful for all those who work behind the scenes or that are often overlooked.
The receptionist, the postal worker, the cafeteria ladies, the bus drivers, the sanitation engineers, the cashiers, the guy at the tire shop—
These are the people who often see the worst in us as consumers. We complain, demand, threaten to do business elsewhere, whine and even say things boldly to them over the phone that we would never say face to face.
Thanks for putting up with us! Thanks for being patient. Thanks for assisting us! Today I am thankful for you!
